Changed
Completing a stream from a command now closes it only for the command's event source, so another event source using the same stream type and stream id stays open. A command without a key property or ICanProvideEventSourceId still closes the stream for every event source. Completing a stream from a reactor closes it for the observed event's event source. Owner-qualified stream id templates such as {Owner}:{Month} are no longer needed to keep a close from reaching other event sources. Requires Chronicle 19.39 or later; an older Chronicle server fails the completion instead of closing the stream for every event source (#3126)
Fixed
Stream-scoped decision reads (IDecisionReads.Get<T>, GetDetached<T> and AdmitForStream<T> with an event source id, stream type and stream id) work inside Arc commands with the same protection, caching and enrollment as key-based decision reads, instead of being refused (#3126)
The decision-read documentation describes [Unprotected] commands consistently: their decision reads are unguarded, not refused (#3208)
