Fixed
A command returning events for several event sources (EventForEventSourceId collections, including mixed plain and wrapped events) now appends them as one batch when no command transaction is active, so a refused event no longer leaves the events before it appended while the command reports failure. Per-event routing, subject, occurrence time and tags are kept. When one event source id receives events on several streams and the command declares no concurrency guard, the events still append one at a time, because a batch can carry only one guard per event source id (Cratis/Chronicle#4818).
