• Chronicle.Observers - lists what the event store knows about its observers and removes one by id. For the observer whose declaring code is gone: a deleted read model and its projection, or a removed reactor. Removal covers the whole event store, since an observer's definition (and its projection definition, where it has one) is a store-level record. The kernel refuses while the observer is running or still has a subscribed client in any namespace, naming the namespace that blocked it - there is no override. Read model data and sink containers are left untouched.
