SQL read-model storage now creates indexes for [Index] properties on SQLite, PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including replay shadow tables, and keeps them when a replay is promoted. Indexes are created on top-level scalar columns; nested paths, objects, arrays and SQL Server string columns are skipped with a warning, and an index that cannot be created is logged without stopping the read model. See Indexing read models. (#5193)
