• Waiting for an append to complete no longer waits for, or reports failed partitions from, internal kernel reactors such as pattern capture that are not subscribed in the target namespace. Projections, webhooks, event-store subscriptions and client observers remain included in completion waits, even before subscribing or while disconnected. (#4492)
