• Reactors and other observers with tag, event source type or event stream type filters no longer receive events their filters exclude when they catch up, replay or recover a failed partition. Events appended before the observer registered are now filtered the same way as events delivered live, and the observer moves past excluded events without counting them as handled (#4529)
