• SecurityJsonSchemaExtensions gains HasSubjectIndependentSecurityMetadata, built on a new predicate-based recursive schema walk in SchemaMetadataExtensions, so Release can tell a namespace-/global-scoped value apart from a subject-scoped ([PII], or [Encrypted] with the default EncryptionScope.Subject) one before deciding whether a missing subject means "nothing to release"

Fixed

• IReadModels.Release no longer skips a namespace- or global-scoped [Encrypted] value on a read model that has no resolvable subject (no [Subject] property and no Id property) — that scope's key does not depend on a subject at all, and a read model carrying only that kind of value ordinarily has no subject-identifying property in the first place (#4095)
