Fixed

  • Restored the Chronicle release pipeline: adding IObservers Observers to IEventStore as a required member broke the actual publish, because an existing external implementation of IEventStore (Arc's CommandScenario test harness) was compiled against the interface before this member existed, and does not have it. A type that implements an interface has to implement all of it, or the runtime refuses to load it before any of its own code runs — which is exactly what happened when the release pipeline tried to start Chronicle 19.5.0 beside the currently published Arc packages.
  • Observers is now an optional interface member with a default implementation that throws ObserversNotSupported, the same shape IPatterns Patterns/PatternsNotSupported already use on this interface for the identical reason. Every real implementation continues to provide it explicitly and is unaffected.

Confirmed with a packed local build run through .github/scripts/verify-consumer-smoke.sh against the actually published Arc packages — the same check that caught the break during the v19.5.0 publish attempt.
