• Resetting a development kernel, and the reset between integration specs, now also clears the in-memory appended-event queues and live observers. Previously they survived the reset, so a projection registered at runtime in a later spec could receive events from an earlier one, skip its own events and return no read model. A reset that cannot clear them now fails instead of continuing with stale delivery. (#4815)
