• RegistrationOutcome.IsRegistering says that the .NET client is registering its artifacts again, after a reconnect or a manual RegisterAll. The other members still describe the previous run, so HasRun and IsSuccess keep their meaning. (#4875)

Changed

• The ASP.NET Core Chronicle health check reports the configured failure status ("Registration is in progress") while the client re-registers. After a kernel restart, readiness therefore stays down until observers, projections and constraints are registered again, instead of routing traffic to a pod that is not ready. (#4875)
• WaitForRegistration now waits for a registration that is in progress and returns its outcome, instead of returning the previous outcome at once. (#4875)
