• ConflictingEnrollmentScope now carries the conflict as typed properties: EventSourceId, Effective, Required and, when known, EventSequenceId. Hosts that translate enrollment conflicts, such as Arc's fresh-identifier guard, can now classify them without parsing the message. (#4909)

Security

• The message of ConflictingEnrollmentScope no longer contains the event source identifier or any scope values. It only names the scope dimensions that differ, so a generated or sensitive identifier is not written to logs or responses that show the message. Read the values from the typed properties when you need them. (#4909)
