A child read-model property marked [FromAll] (or [FromEvery]) under [ChildrenFrom<T>] or [Nested] is populated again, including on the event that creates the child. The .NET client now declares these mappings on the child itself, and parent all-event mappings are never copied into children. (#4934) (#4524)
Projection definitions registered by older .NET clients (and the current TypeScript client), which declare child all-event mappings on the root, populate the child as long as the root read model does not declare a property with the same name. When both the root and the child declare it, the mapping stays on the root until the client is upgraded. Replay affected projections to rebuild child values that were already materialized. See From all events.
