Fixed

• A projection definition change now takes effect on every silo. A silo could keep using the previous definition until it restarted, so events of a newly added event type were skipped during live handling, catch-up and even a full replay, while the observer still advanced past them. (#4935)
• A silo no longer reads an outdated projection definition after another silo changed or deleted it. Definitions are now always read from shared storage rather than a per-silo cache. (#5021)
• Replaying or catching up a projection that is not registered now fails instead of reporting success without handling any events. An event the current projection definition does not include is logged at information level rather than debug. (#4935)
