Fixed

• CommandDialog now applies subtitle, placement, closeIcon, and every other Dialog prop it accepts. Before, these type-checked but were passed to the command form instead of the dialog, so they had no effect. A type-level check now fails the build if a Dialog prop is added without being forwarded.
