Added

• TablePaginator can show numbered page links with an ellipsis between previous and next (for example ‹ 1 2 [3] 4 5 … 12 ›). Turn it on with pageLinks (or pageLinks={{ siblings, boundaries }} to choose how many pages show around the current one and at each end); it is off by default, so existing tables render as before. The current page carries aria-current="page", and the info text («2 / 4») is not shown while page links are on. (#421)
• DataPage, DataTableForQuery and DataTableForObservableQuery pass pageLinks through to their paginator. (#421)
• New paginator parts pages, page and ellipsis for styling through pt, and new paginator messages page(n) (the accessible name of each page button, «Page 3» by default) and pages (the name of the page list), so the labels can be localized (for example «Side 3»). (#421)
• paginatorPages(page, pageCount, siblings, boundaries) and PaginatorPageItem are exported, for apps that render their own pager with the same page window. (#421)
