The publication check added in #275 failed its first real run. On 4.5.1 five workspaces answered immediately and @cratis/components arrived after the two-minute window had given up, so a release that was fine went red.

Ten minutes still separates a slow registry from one that never received the publish: the incident this guards against left a package missing for over an hour.

Fixed

  • Wait out ordinary registry propagation before failing a publish, rather than reporting a slow registry as a missing package
