Added

• Add the independent Cratis.OpenTelemetry package with AddCratisOpenTelemetry and composable WithCratis setup for Cratis.* traces and metrics, ASP.NET Core and HttpClient instrumentation, runtime metrics, and scoped, formatted logs. (#1142)
• Configure service identity, sampling, metric export intervals, and conditional OTLP export through standard OTEL_* settings supplied by the environment or IConfiguration. Nonempty environment values take precedence, including SDK disablement for application-registered telemetry pipelines; empty values are treated as unset. Export supports per-signal endpoints, protocols, headers, and disable controls, and no OTLP exporter is added without an endpoint. (#1142)
• Resolve host configuration lazily when composing with WithCratis(), or supply separate telemetry configuration without replacing the application's IConfiguration. Compose with DI-backed resource detectors and keyed instrumentation services, preserving existing service names and versions unless overridden by standard telemetry settings. (#1142)
• Provide assembly service-version fallbacks, provider-level Cratis instrumentation subscriptions, and callbacks for optional application instrumentation; see the OpenTelemetry setup guide. (#1142)
