Fixed

  • Removing or stopping a job no longer hangs when a step's notification fails, for example because the step's grain is still routed to a silo that died. The job retries the notification with backoff (1 s doubling to 60 s) until the step reports, and a repeated Remove sends it again to every step that has not reported (#101)
