Added
IJobStopFinalization, implemented by every job: FinalizeStop() finishes a stop or removal that the job's silo went away before finishing. Rehydration calls it for every stopped or removing job whose stop is not yet finished.
Changed
OnStopped also runs when the resume hook of a stopped job throws, so it can release whatever the failed hook began.
Custom job storage providers must persist the new StopFinalized property of JobState.
Jobs stopped before this release run OnStopped once more on the first rehydration after upgrading.
Fixed
A job stopped or removed while its silo went down is finished after recovery: steps that never reported are told to stop again, OnStopped runs once they have, and a job being removed is removed. See Rehydration. (#118)
A step's stop is counted once per execution, so a late or repeated stop report no longer makes the job's progress count it twice.
