The published deploying and Discord-setup guides pointed readers at Planning/DEPLOYMENT.md and Planning/DISCORD_INTEGRATION.md, describing them as the authoritative runbooks and the source of truth.

Neither file exists in main any more, so both were dead links leaving the published documentation.

What this changes

  • guides/deploying.md — repointed to the public Deployment/README.md, and to its ## First deploy section for the configure/secrets/preview/deploy sequence. Also notes that the corpus is indexed once after first deploy and that Discord app setup comes before inviting questions.
  • guides/discord-setup.md — the removed integration-contract reference is replaced with a pointer to the Use Prompter on Discord guide for how to ask questions and read answers.
  • guides/running-locally.md — same dead-link repointing.

Verification

Every link target was checked against current main: Deployment/README.md ✓, its #first-deploy anchor (## First deploy) ✓, guides/using-prompter.md ✓, concepts/grounded-answers.md ✓, guides/discord-setup.md ✓. Both removed Planning/* files confirmed absent.

None of the touched guides have been modified upstream since this change was written, so it applies cleanly.

Found as uncommitted changes in a local checkout during a workspace audit.
