Part 2 of the foundation composites (Part B 4): the controls a list screen is built around, and charts.

Added

• chartWrapper: line, bar, stacked bar, donut and funnel charts drawn as scalable vector graphics from the theme tokens (no chart library, so it renders in Stage, Scene and Studio alike). The drawing is hidden from assistive technology and followed by a table of the same numbers ("Chart data"); series are told apart by marker shape, dash and hatch as well as color; the chart draws at the width it is shown at, so labels keep their size on a phone. The scale, donut and funnel arithmetic are pure functions with their own specifications.
• filterBuilder: field/operator/value conditions joined by AND or OR in groups nested three deep, operators by field type. The filter is published as the value output ({ operator, conditions, groups }); a bound-in filter is read back with conditions on unknown fields dropped and operators repaired. Read-only without the edit permission.
• columnChooser: show/hide and reorder columns with buttons (no drag-and-drop needed), locked columns, Escape closes and returns focus. Publishes the ordered visible ids as value.
• savedViewsMenu: the ARIA menu pattern (arrows, Home/End, Enter, Escape, focus returns to the button), the chosen view as value, and "Save current view" / "Manage views" on the action output, each with its own enabled/disabled/hidden permission rule.
• Descriptors, categories, stories (every state, light and dark, every chart kind), docs in blueprints/foundation-components.md.
• Chromium audit extended to the new components, including every disclosure open, on desktop, tablet and phone in both themes.
