Part 3 of the foundation composites (Part B 4): the record-level components - tasks, activity, people and attachments.

Added

  • checklistSection: sections of tasks with owner and due date, a labelled progress bar per section ("2 of 5 complete" is read, not only seen), "Overdue" said in words for an open task past its due day, ticking publishes the done task ids as value; read-only without the edit permission.
  • activityFeed: what happened to a record, grouped under a heading for each calendar day in a chosen time zone (newest first, or order: ascending), each entry naming its kind in words as well as by icon; times and days formatted for the locale. The application supplies the content; the component only lays it out.
  • avatarStack: overlapping avatars with initials or a picture, a "+N" chip announced as "N more", the stack labelled "N people".
  • fileUploader: a drop zone and a labelled button over a real file input (keyboard and screen-reader operable), checked against accept, maxSizeMb and multiple before anything is sent, with the reason for each refusal announced. The selection is published as value. Sending goes through the host's FileUploaderHandlerProvider - the same (files, serverUrl) => Promise<void> signature the PrimeReact fileUpload uses, so one host function serves both - with uploading, done and failed (with retry) states in words.
  • Descriptors, categories, stories (every state, light and dark), docs, specifications for each model (reading, grouping, overdue, selection checking) and each control, and the Chromium audit on desktop, tablet and phone in both themes.
