@github-actions github-actions released this 15 Oct 18:57

The five dialog templates of Part B 2.10 and the four auth and state screens of 2.11, with the components that make a dialog behave as one.

Added

  • Dialog templates in @cratis/scene.blueprint.default, category Foundation / Dialog: QuickCreateDialog (six fields at most, Cancel and Create), LookupDialog (search and a list, single or multiple selection), SideSheet (a drawer from the inline end hosting a form or record) and FilterDialog (the filter builder; fills the page on a phone). ConfirmDialog now lists the consequences, takes a danger tone and names its verb on the confirming button; FormDialog and DetailDialog gain the same frame.
  • Auth and state screens fitting the full-page layout, categories Foundation / Auth and Foundation / State: LoginScreen (logo, form, identity-provider slot, live-region error area, help link), NotFoundScreen, ForbiddenScreen (binds no data, so nothing leaks) and ErrorScreen (retry and the support reference id).
  • Foundation components: dialogFrame (heading, message, consequences, close button; gives the host's dialog element its accessible name, focus on open, a Tab trap, Escape, focus restored on close, placement center/side/full, a phone filling the page, RTL mirroring), actionButton (permission rule enabled/disabled/hidden, behaviors, danger emphasis) and notice (a live-region message); a password field type and a saveAndNew switch on the form.
  • Cancel and Close carry a CloseDialog action as data, so the same document closes the dialog in Scene, Stage and the preview.
  • GalleryDialogPreview, stories for each dialog state, sample-data pack shapes for the dialogs and screens, thumbnails for every template.
  • verifyTemplateDefinitionOfDone now also takes a dialog template.
  • Docs: blueprints/foundation-templates.md (dialogs, auth and state screens, aliases), foundation-components.md, template-set.md, pattern-coverage.md.

Changed

  • Nothing is renamed. The spec names stand beside the earlier templates, which keep working: LoginScreen beside Login, NotFoundScreen beside NotFound, ForbiddenScreen beside AccessDenied, ErrorScreen beside Error, QuickCreateDialog beside FormDialog (foundationTemplateAliases). The ConfirmDialog of the components blueprint and this one are kept apart because a template reference names its blueprint.
