The HR domain blueprint of Part B 3.5 of the screen blueprints specification: a ready-to-use people application on top of the foundation set, with its navigation and a Norwegian sample-data pack.

Added

  • @cratis/scene.blueprint.hr, a blueprint package (domain hr, category Business / HR) built only on the foundation set's public templates and components: seven screen templates, two quick-create dialogs and seven ready-to-use screens.
    • HrEmployeeDirectory: each person as a card with photo, name, title, department and contact; filters by department, location, status and manager.
    • HrEmployeePage: time-off balance as key facts, personal and job information, documents and time-off requests as related lists, history and open tasks.
    • HrOrgChart: the company as a tree of who reports to whom, with titles and report counts; the chosen person lives in the address.
    • HrTimeOffList (approve or decline one row or many, Request time off), HrTimeOffBalanceList (entitlement, taken and left with a progress bar of how much is used, read only).
    • HrOnboardingList (new hires with a progress bar of their checklist) and HrOnboardingChecklist (sections of tasks, each with an owner and a due date).
    • Dialogs HrRequestTimeOff and HrQuickCreateEmployee.
  • Navigation: a topbar naming the hr module and the module's sidebar (Directory, Org chart, Time off with Requests and Balances, Onboarding), the application structure and hrApplication().
  • Sample-data pack hr-nordic (nb-NO, NOK): sixteen people in six departments with a reporting line, twelve time-off requests, balances, five new hires and a three-part onboarding checklist.
  • Specifications as for every blueprint: definition of done per template and package, screen set agreeing with the manifest, structure and navigation, applicability by level, every screen previewed without an accessibility violation, every standard state forced, the behaviors of the application, and a Chromium audit of every screen and dialog at desktop, tablet and phone widths in the light and dark themes.
  • Docs: blueprints/hr-blueprint.md.

Not in this delivery: the team calendar, which the foundation lists as a later addition (Part B 2.12).
