Release v4.52.0

The approver's inbox of the Approvals blueprint decides from a card, so the card's actions must be one press away rather than in a menu.

• dataList accepts rowActionStyle (menu, the default, or buttons). With buttons each row action is a button of its own in the row or card, named for its request ("Approve: Leave: Isla Morgan"), publishes the same action output as the menu, and follows the action permission rule (disabled buttons say why on hover, hidden ones are not drawn).
