Fixed

• ApprovedPackageSetJson refused the blueprint and sampleData members of a domain blueprint package's manifest, so the manifest of @cratis/scene.blueprint.* had to be hand-edited before a host could approve it. Both are design-time only: they are now read and left out of the canonical runtime document (sample data never reaches a rendered application). Covered by when_reading_a_blueprint_manifest.
