Learn about vigilant mode.

A design host that composes the gallery application saw the gallery's own brand, "Contoso", whatever identity the profile chose.

Fixed

  • The gallery chrome drew a fixed Contoso logo and name, so a host that gives the preview its own chrome could not show the profile's identity. galleryCompositionFor(identity) draws the resolved identity - its name, initials, icon or image and whether the name shows - in the topbar, the sidebar and the footer, and galleryComposition is unchanged for a host that has no identity
