Fixed

  • $ in a matches rule now means the end of the input in the C# compiler, as it already does in JavaScript. A value with a trailing newline, such as "ABC\n", no longer passes ^[A-Z]{3}$, and the built-in email rule rejects it too. An escaped \$ and a $ inside a character class stay literal. (#617)
