Release v4.133.1

Switching from the board to the dependency map no longer changes how the toolbar looks or where it sits, in the MCP app and in the VS Code board.

Changed

• The dependency map now shows the same Cratis logo and rounded toolbar as the board, in the same place, with its content kept clear of both.
• The map's edge level and dependency kinds moved from a bar above the map into the View button, so the board and the map each have their own view settings.
• The toolbar buttons are fully rounded to match the toolbar, and property tooltips stay next to the card they describe, from @cratis/event-models 0.152.0.
