• SemanticExecutionPlan.Compile(model, selectedSlices) compiles an execution plan for a selection of slices. The plan keeps the original model and revision. Admission issues in the selected slices and in application-level declarations block it. Issues in unselected slices are reported in UnselectedIssues and do not block. • The reference evaluator returns SemanticUnsupported when execution reaches a declaration a scoped plan did not admit. This covers a deferred command, query or projection, including projections that would observe published facts, so unadmitted semantics never run silently. (#656)
