• propose-property can add a property along its chain with action: "add": name the owning declaration, the type, whether it is optional, and the hops that add the property to other declarations or map it in a produces, from or append block. A projection that AutoMaps the same name needs no hop. Producers or projections left without a mapping refuse with SourcesRequired, and a required property needs a fixtureValue for every existing specification and example occurrence, or the proposal refuses with FixtureValueRequired. Adding to an event needs newGeneration or eventNeverPersisted, as rename and remove do (#389)
