Added

• run-specifications accepts an optional proposalId and runs a retained proposal's candidate model, including its identity changes, through the same reference evaluator before apply. It is read-only: the proposal stays applicable, and continuation pages pin the candidate's source revision (#610)
• The MCP docs gain an "Edit a specification" recipe: find the specification with read-ast, change its steps, cases or examples with propose-ast, check changed expected outcomes with read-proposal view: "semantic-diff", run the candidate with run-specifications, then apply (#610)
