Summary

Tools that embed Screenplay can now admit and check a release baseline and read a model's open questions through public APIs, and baseline admission from a shipped model reads the stored names that ESM v16 carries.

• ReleaseBaselineCommands.Check(root) and ReleaseBaselineCommands.Admit(root, release, fromEsmPath) in Cratis.Screenplay.Mcp run the same baseline check and journaled admission as screenplay baseline check|admit and return a ReleaseBaselineOutcome with the exit code, violations, refusal reason, and the admitted entry count and baseline revision. • ModelNoteQuestions.Read(root, scope) returns the open questions that screenplay check --open-questions reports, including orphaned questions and absent or unreadable notes, with GetExitCode(failOnOpenQuestions) for report and fail modes. (#694)

• screenplay baseline admit --from-esm records the stored name that shipped ESM v16 carries for renamed events, instead of refusing every shipped event name that differs from the current pinned name; a shipped stored name that differs from the current one still refuses with ShippedStoredNameMismatch.
