Added
RuleConsistency.Check(SemanticConcept concept, int? utcAssessmentYear = null) returns the compiler's proof status for each validation rule of a generated concept, in rule order, from a deserialized executable model. A renderer can let a concept whose rules are all Proven use unpinned generation and keep requiring pinned fixtures only for Unproven rules. The status is deliberately not serialized: it is derived from the concept and the UTC assessment year. See proof status for renderers. (#775)
Changed
RuleConsistency.Check(generation, primitive, rule) assesses date patterns with the current UTC year, like the compiler, so it gives the same Proven, Refuted or Unproven status as the PLAY0688/PLAY0689 diagnostics. (#775)
