Fixed

• The executable binder accepts queries with the same name in different slices, such as Arc's All and GetAll on several read models, instead of refusing them with PLAY0268. A specification's then query and when query resolve like other references: its own slice first, then the enclosing feature, module and document, or a qualified name; a reference that still matches several queries is reported as ambiguous (PLAY0198) at that reference. • A specification that asserts an authorized query declared in a later slice now requires given caller, like any other authorized specification (PLAY0389 was skipped for such queries). (#624)
