• A model can declare reaction batches atomic: each trigger occurrence's direct produces, and each selected refusal branch's produces, then append all or none, so a rejected production admits none of the batch's facts, matching how Chronicle appends a reactor's returned events; invoked commands stay separate, and earlier batches and commands are kept when a later one fails (#769)
• Executable model version 22 carries the declaration as reactionProductionMode: "atomic"; models without it keep per-fact production and their version, bytes and outcomes (#769)
• PLAY0693 reports a duplicate or conflicting reaction batches declaration (#769)
