Release v4.189.0

The example applications of the four remaining domain blueprints, each a canonical Screenplay sample whose every screen fills a template of its blueprint, as Samples/Crm does for the CRM blueprint.

Added

• Samples/Inventory (warehouse: items, an item gallery, locations, movements, check in and out, suppliers, a dashboard), Samples/Hr (directory, org chart, time off with balances, onboarding), Samples/Projects (projects, my tasks, a board by status and by person, a task side sheet) and Samples/Administration (users, roles and permissions, settings, audit log). Each is one file with a persona and policy, the layout's topbar and sidebar navigation, a ui profile that activates the blueprint's pack (active blueprint inventory-warehouse, hr-nordic, project-tracker-en, admin-default) and Given/When/Then specifications for every slice (screenplay test passes). They compile with no error and no warning under --warnaserror.
• The conformance manifest lists the four samples with their golden syntax, so the TypeScript and C# compilers are held to the same tree for them (SCREENPLAY_REGENERATE_SYNTAX_VECTORS=1).
• Docs: a README for each sample, the samples table and the samples rule.
