Tools can now link more refusals to the model element they concern, using structured diagnostic arguments instead of message text.

Added

  • PLAY0268 (not admitted by the executable model) carries a subject argument naming the innermost declaration that contains the refused construct, and an issue argument when the refusal cites a tracking issue. See decision 0086 and the diagnostics reference. (#838)
  • PLAY0367, PLAY0699 and PLAY0787 (match patterns) carry the owning command or concept as subject, the property, the pattern and, for the first two, the offset in the pattern; the C# and TypeScript compilers report the same arguments. (#838)
