• propose-source, propose-ast and the other authoring tools accept a batch that removes one reference and adds an unrelated one, the same as proposing the two edits one after the other. A batch is refused only when a reference with the same text is both removed and added, because its identity cannot be told apart from a move; use propose-move or semantic migrations for a real move. • MCP responses write document identities and document paths as plain strings: conflicts[].document, conflicts[].path and conflicts[].otherPath, and the document fields in a propose-move report. A conflict without a document reports null. (#783)

Fixed

• A refused authoring proposal now names the offending document and path in the conflict and lists every offending reference occurrence (text, member, document path and line:column, capped at ten), instead of returning a conflict with no location. (#783)
