• open-workspace returns applicationIdentity, so you can build a typed parts target for a model note from names. (#784)

• Model-note targets that name a Module, Feature or Slice by dotted address resolve on split models, where the container is repeated across files as an import placement or an explicit header, instead of failing with "Unknown or ambiguous note address." (#784)
• When a note's requested anchor has no identity yet, for example a Slice on a model that does not bind, the proposal reports in substitutions the owner the note actually lands on, also for reanchor, instead of silently attaching it to the application. (#795)
