Fixed

• find-specification-obligations now counts the documented read-only denial form, then query <Query> with arguments and no result followed by then denied, as the authorization denial specification for that query (SPEC004), the same as when query <Query> with then denied. Such a specification no longer counts as asserting the read model (SPEC006). (#786)
