Release v4.212.4

Fixed

• automap and no automap written on a joined event now decide auto-mapping for that event in the executable model and the reference evaluator, as they do in Chronicle; a joined event without one follows its level's auto-map. Warning PLAY0380 no longer reports them and now covers only all inside children or nested. (#613)
