• Modules, features and slices get identities as soon as the model parses, even when it does not bind yet, so model notes anchor to the element you name while you are still modeling. The identity an element has before binding is the one it keeps once the model binds; renames and moves before the first binding keep it through migrations, as for bound models. See decision 0093. • A container address claimed by more than one declaration, or whose identity collides with another, gets no identity and is reported; note requests that target it are refused. While a document does not parse or place, no new identities are assigned and the incomplete documents are reported. (#885)
• Renaming an identified module, feature or slice by hand through propose-ast or propose-source needs explicit semanticRenames, now also on models that do not bind. (#885)
