Release v4.216.0
MCP hosts can now repair PLAY0470 by having the author choose an explicit destination for every event production of the command. The repair fills in only the missing for expressions, checks that the whole workspace binds, and shows the resulting routing for review before anything is written.
Added

(#397)read-workspaceviewrepair-intentslists PLAY0470 commands with every production a host must collect a destination for. Repair capabilities advertise the repair underintentActions, separately from the existing no-input repairs. (#397)read-proposalviewsproduction-destinationsandproduction-destination-identitiespage the retained routing report. The report states that no executable baseline existed, so it makes no routing-preservation claim. (#397)
