Release v4.224.0

Sample applications built from the seven Tier 2 blueprints that Cratis/Scene#214 adds, one for each: they are the examples of the language for each domain and the fixtures the CLI render check and the conformance corpus hold the blueprints to.

Added

• Samples/Catalog, Samples/Vendors, Samples/Billing (the Invoicing blueprint; Samples/Invoicing is the living language sample), Samples/CustomerPortal, Samples/Contracts, Samples/WorkOrders, Samples/Bookings: each an application whose every screen fills a template of its blueprint (template blueprint Cratis.Blueprint.<Name> <Template> version "^1.0"), with the navigation declared in the layout, the blueprint's own sample-data pack as the preview data, events feeding the list, board, calendar, timeline, dashboard, inbox and profile views, and a specification for each slice.
• The conformance vectors (golden syntax) for the seven samples and their entries in the sample list.
• The blueprint render check (render-blueprint-samples.sh) renders the seven samples with the published packages.

Each sample compiles with 0 errors and 0 warnings and screenplay test passes. The TypeScript conformance specs (2111) and the C# syntax specs (121) pass.

Part of Cratis/Scene#117. The render check needs the new @cratis/scene.blueprint.* packages on npm; it passes once Cratis/Scene#214 is released.
