• The MCP tool propose-inline-event folds a slice-level event that has exactly one production into an inline event on that production, the inverse of propose-extract-inline-event. Executable bytes, identities and diagnostics are preserved, and canonical formatting consent is required. The tool refuses whenever the move could change meaning, for example a conditional production, incomplete mappings, generations, a public or external event, cross-slice or cross-document use, handlers, opaque text, comments that would be lost, or any other reference to the event.
