PlayFileCompiler.CompileFolder and CompileApplication accept documents held in memory, as relative paths and source texts (PlayFileContent), with the same cross-file resolution and diagnostics as compiling the folder on disk. A command's stream Account.Ledger binds to an eventsource Account declared in another document, so hosts such as editors and importers no longer need to write the documents to a temporary folder first.
