Changed

• The invoicing sample, the language's largest example, now declares every read model, type and event it uses and gives its authorized specifications an explicit caller. It binds to the executable semantic model with only the unsupported constructs it shows on purpose left, and a specification pins that list so the sample cannot drift from the language again (#240)

Fixed

• A specification that uses a read model with no keyed query in given readmodel or then readmodel no longer reports a second error, "must state its identifier property ''", at every block. The one error where the read model is declared, which says why it cannot be identified, remains.
