Release v4.31.0
Added
- Reaction triggers can declare the views they decide from:
reads <View> [as <alias>] [by <trigger value>], with the same alias rules as command reads. Parsing, validation, printing, the syntax walker, MCP references, and editor highlighting, completion and hover all support it. - Diagnostics for trigger reads: an unknown view, a repeated view without an alias, a duplicate alias, an alias that collides with a trigger value, a
bythat names no trigger value (PLAY0442, warning), abyunder a clock trigger (PLAY0443, error), and a primitive type read as a view (PLAY0444, warning, pointing to@reads).
Changed
- A trigger value named
readsmust now be written@reads. A barereadsline orreads <PrimitiveType>under a trigger reports a diagnostic that names the escape instead of being misread. - Clock triggers (
every,at) can read whole views but cannot useby, since they take no values. - Neither command nor reaction reads bind at runtime yet; editor guidance says so.
for each <View>stays reserved.
This is the grammar part of #69 (decision 0006).
