Added

• read-workspace has a paged source-map view: the compiler's map from each semantic id to its role, identity origin, document and exact source span. When compilation did not succeed it reports available: false and points to the executable-diagnostics view instead of returning an empty map.
• find-fixtures finds the payload values and for destinations of when append events, with the role whenAppendedEvent.
• Compact specification summaries show a then denied assertion and the appended event of a when append specification.

Fixed

• find-assertion-gaps no longer reports a slice whose only assertion is then denied as unasserted.
• References and dependencies to an appended event are labelled whenAppendedEvent instead of thenEvent.
• The server's initialize instructions say identities persist when a proposal is applied; export-workspace is optional, for transfer or backup.
